What is a web form as opposed to an interactive PDF form?

    A web form does not necessarily have the same layout and look as an interactive PDF. While the layout can easily resemble the actual paper form, a web form's primary function is to collect data.

   With that in mind, a web form allows your clients, patients, and customers to enter their information and then your website will send you the data electronically. That information can then be put into a form, or simply generate a report that you can have in your hand long before your client ever walks in the door.
